The rail features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. All 3 ports are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. For a list of 8AN ORB adapter fittings, go HERE. Shown below is an inline RADIUM Fuel Pressure Gauge mounted on the 8AN ORB fitting.  
 
Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM insulating spacers (Honda P/N: 16638-PNA-000) are reused and Phenolic washers are included to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold.

20-0230-00 Honda K-Series Fuel Rail, OEM Configuration 
This kit is a bolt-on plug and play replacement for the OEM fuel rail. The quick connect inlet fitting clears the coolant hose (if equipped).

FUEL PULSE DAMPER
Do I need a pulse damper? The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, pulse damper(s) should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle. 
If equipped, the OEM fuel pulse damper (shown above) can be reused with the Radium 14-0287 adapter fitting.
The Honda pulse damper and Radium pulse dampers (FPD-XR shown below) can be put on any of the fuel rail ports. NOTE: Minor grinding may be required depending on the intake manifold used.

FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
A Radium Engineering direct mount regulator (DMR) can be used if the OEM K-series returnless fuel system will not be reused. 
 
This is common for K-series swapped vehicles, as shown below.
